Order Policies & Disclaimer

How to place your orders:  

  • All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance

  • It is advised for orders around major Holidays to be placed at least  3 weeks in advance

  • All orders slots are first come first serve

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your order



Customized cupcake toppers and custom frosting colors are a great touch to your treats. They are great for any occasion such as Birthdays, Baby Showers, Weddings, Corporate events and much more!

  • Once your order is secured, please text us at (914) 562-0555 or email us at Cupcakesbymonah@gmail.com , with pictures and or quotes for your cupcake toppers along with your choice of color/s for your frosting.

  • You can also text or email us some inspiration pictures of how you would like our treats to look. We have tons of pictures on our Instagram & Facebook Pages for you to choose from.  


Payments : 

Payments can be made via

Chase Quick Pay/Zelle : Cupcakesbymonah@gmail.com or we can send you an invoice.


Pick up times : Pick up times may vary. Please contact us to confirm your pick up time. In the event that you may be running late please notify us ahead of time.


Pick up location : Our main pick up location is in Mount Vernon NY. You will be provided with the exact location the day before your scheduled pick up.

Late Policy : 


  • If you are running late for your scheduled pick up, please text or call as a courtesy. 

  • We have a grace period of 30 minutes for your order pick up. If you arrive after the 30 minute grace period, there will be a mandatory late fee of $25 added to your balance. 

  • If you fail to arrive an hour after your scheduled pickup time, your order will be cancelled. 

Refund Policies:  

  • Payments for orders are non-refundable


  • In the event that you have to cancel an order, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the pickup date. Your deposit will be used as a credit towards your next order. Your credit will be available for up to 3 months after your original order date. If we are not notified 48 hours prior to the pickup date about cancellations your payment will not be refunded and a credit will not be applied to your account. When ordering with a credit, please follow our normal order rules.

Treat Advice:

  • When traveling with treats please be sure that they are taken care of delicately and are placed in a secure area where they won’t shift around. Treats can be stored comfortably at room temperature or refrigerated.

  • During hot summer months, it is necessary to keep treats refrigerated.

Please notify us if you have any food allergies. Cupcakes by Monah is not an allergen-free kitchen/bakery. All products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, fish and soy may be present. If your allergies are life threatening, please refrain from consuming our products. Your health and safety is important to us.
